Black and grey tattooing is a natural extension of my background in pencil drawing. I’ve always been drawn to the way an image can be built entirely through light, shadow, and subtle shifts in value. That range gives me the freedom to create pieces that feel soft and delicate just as easily as ones that are dark, gritty, and dramatic. Whether I’m working with fine details and gentle shading or deep blacks and heavy contrast, I approach each piece with the same foundation I bring to a drawing: strong composition, intentional values, and careful attention to detail.
